1975 Seiko Pogue 6139-6002
Original 1975 (May) Seiko Pogue 6139-6002 automatic chronograph in a 41mm stainless steel case, featuring the Seiko 6139b 17-Jewel movement. This Pogue has been tested in good working order and the chronograph resets to zero. The crown-pusher sets both the day/date as designed.
The crystal is clear and free of scratches or edge chipping. The original blue dial had faint speckling under magnification and the indices lume have aged with a nice patina. The inner-rotating bezel has faded with age, but still retains clear numeral and indices. The original hands have aged along with the dial, matching wonderfully.
The outer fixed Pepsi bezel is lightly faded with wear between the 12 and 1 o'clock positions.
Overall the case is in excellent condition considering the age. The directionally brushed and gloss finishes are still present with light marks and sharp edges, but no significant gouges, dents, or marks.
Includes a Seiko-hallmarked jubilee-style bracelet with proper end-caps and five (5) additional links currently installed.
