The crystal is clear and free or scratches or edge chips. The original dial has uniform fading and wear, but all numeral and the Omega logo are clear and clean. The gold-plated case retains a bright luster with no edge-fading, dents, or signficint scratches. The case has not been polished.
The interior caseback features five (5) distinct service marks.
